On Saturday 12th October, 2019, Kenyan flag was flying high in Vienna, Austria. All over the world, everyone converged in the streets in Vienna and screens all over to witness a world record in the happening.
Eliud Kipchoge is a well known marathoner and has set and broken many world records in various major cities around the globe. A preparation for the #Ineos159 was a different one among all of them. Kipchoge wanted to break a record of his own and prove to the world that No Man Is Limited.
Various sponsors, individuals and companies joined hands in making sure that the first man on earth to run 42 Kilometers under two Hours is made out of the very able Kipchoge. Nike did their part in ensuring that the training shoes Kipchoge wore and during the day of the marathon would enable him to achieve his target.
The largest number of Pacesetters ever recorded was also witnessed here in the race. A total of Forty One (41) professional athletes from all over the world were part of the team to ensure history making becomes a success.
All these drew attention from all over works of life especially from the sports driven individuals and even global leaders.
Here in Kenya, the telecommunication service provider Safaricom ended up charging their M-Pesa logo to E-liud. Kenyans on social media were all over with the hash tag #Eliud159 #Ineos159. This kind of solidarity has never been witnessed before in History.
The time came and everyone was holding their breath as Eliud Kipchoge was closing to the finishing line. Finally, he managed to his target going for 42 Kilometers at 1.59.40. There, history was made.
No one cold hold their cool, everyone was in celebration mood. Finally #NoHumanIsLimited.

Among them were Manchester City Football Club, Donald Trump Jr, Anneliese Rubie, Virlgil Van Dijk, Liverpool Midfielder and Fifa Best Player 2019 among other prominent leaders and sportsmen worldwide.
