They say success recognizes success, legends tap each other in the back in support. This is exactly what was happening on Twitter between Former United States president Barack Obama and Legendary Marathoner Eliud Kipchoge.

Mr. Obama wrote to Eliud a deeply thought message on his Twitter account about how he has set the bar and proving that no man is limited. Below is the actual message. Twitter

“Yesterday, marathoner Eliud Kipchoge became the first ever to break two hours. Today in Chicago, Brigid Kosgei set a new women’s world record. Staggering achievements on their own, they’re also remarkable examples of humanity’s ability to endure—and keep raising the bar.”

This message touched many, especially Kenyans considering Mr. Obama’s roots are from here in Kenya.

Kipchoge as humbled as he is, wrote back a very heart warming message back to Barack. Twitter

” Dear Mr. Obama, Thank you for your special words. In life we hope to inspire others. Thank you for inspiring me. It would be my greatest honour if we could meet, and discuss how we can make this world a running world. As a running world is a peaceful world. #NoHumanIsLimited”

The fact that the two prominent and legendary individuals can show the world such levels of humility is really something people envy. This was clearly seen by the thousands of messages that followed immediately after that.
